I was mistaken in thinking that this would be a good company to work for. I should have known better.

Cons

They don't seem to care about their workers, very deceitful and will smile in your face one minute then stab you in your back the next.

At Jobandtalent you get the possibility to develop yourself and your skills but you´re also being a part of an innovative thinking and worldwide company. It´s all about making it easy for people to enter the labor market and get the best suitable job for each and every person. The development opportunities are great for all employees and you will never be bored since you will always be able to challenge yourself. The benefit programs are great as well.

Cons

It´s a fast moving company which means that you´ll need to be able to enjoy that environment to be able to thrive. Since everything moves quite fast there are still processes and routines that aren´t set yet.
