      Good work environment continuous movement ability to learn

      Cons

      It is difficult to be able to participate in important decisions There is no synchronization of the objectives with the decisions that are taken. It is difficult to make decisions because most of the time they depend on HQ. Salary is not competitive

      - Fully remote - Flexible hours - Great design team - Opportunity to learn from a scale-up company - Some interesting projects to work

      Cons

      - Constant change of focus probably due to the amount of uncertainty - No right balance of stakeholder input in design process - Too many complex things to tackle and not enough designers compared to similar sized companies - Hard to have work-life balance - No transparency on salaries, which I find strange for a company that wants to “improve” the life of blue collar workers.. - Benefits could be better considering how demanding the job is: holidays are very basic (22 days + 2 on Xmas) and not enough compensation for the extra hours you have to do sometimes

      Pros

      A company with an innovative project, always looking to be in constant change and with a very modern mindset. Here we have room to implement new ideas, we have autonomy and very important - work life balance!

      Cons

      It is not a drawback unique to JobandTalent but to a startup, we have to be prepared for a high pace and enjoy changes and dynamism, I don't consider it a negative thing but for others changes can be adverse.
