This company really tries to keep themselves young, innovating and kind, so you will find grat leaders and coworkers, no matter where you are. You can really have a life-work balance.

Cons

Payment might be better and the way to contact the different areas might be more efficient. As the positions are limited, your career posibilities are limited but never zero.
