Pros

The people at Job&Talent are fantastic to work with and the culture has lots of energy. If you're looking for a staffing firm with high growth potential, then this is your firm. It's like no other firm in the industry in that it feels like a mix between staffing firm and technology company. You are going to have to work incredibly hard, but the opportunity is amazing, leadership is motivating & transparent, and the culture is fantastic.

The company onboarding was seamless and it was easy onboarding. Usually it takes 30-days of onboarding, training, etc... everyday in my past experiences. This one I was onboarded within the first week and already handling my duties.

Cons

I'm only a month into my employment I don't currently have any cons.
