      Great culture and inclusive in its own way.Peace full Enviorment for work.All of managment are down to earth. we had a good experince of sensing journey Where we meet with weavers and know about there lifes and how they work it was really a great experince. The Director of company Mr. Yogesh Chaudhary is a very Humbel Man and down to earth person.

      Pros

      This is a great place to start your career, because the company places a huge importance on the values and principle on which it is built on. Empathy, integrity, simplicity are some of the values which you can inculcate from the work culture. The best part of this company is, the CEO directly interacts with each employee on a consistent basis. Once you join this organization, you will feel at home because this company treats its employees as a family member. Culture is king from the top down- we take reference from our culture code regularly when making decision. Autonomy is encouraged and there isn't a lot of red tape. Everyone I have met so far has been kind and helpful.
