      Pros

      -while being somewhat structured, still allows for some creativity or "on the fly thinking". -even with the growth, still a family owned feel -fast paced and accomplishments acknowleged -most concerns are addressed daily and there is now a directed focus towards the development of management and training, including HR

      Cons

      -sometimes there seems to be a disconnect between the buyers and the layout team, causing some confusion with so many new items and so little space -getting let down by new suppliers once in awhile

      Pros

      Hmmmm... It is the perfect job for someone who wants to work (unsafely at times) a lot of hours for very little money. And training! They had decent training outside the store for management.

      Cons

      - pay - management - benefits start at 6 months in - don't care about workplace safety practices in the actual store - not great furniture - and overpriced - district manager was a bully - long hours, understaffed at times

      Pros

      The ideal situation in that they let you run the stores like you own the business. It is up to you to drive the service and sales in the store. Support is available when you need it.

      Cons

      Seasons can get hectic on turnaround time but it is worth it!
