Pros

It's easy to get a job there. Turnover is an increasing problem. Discount is not bad and if you take advantage of two friends and family events a year, it's better.

Cons

Complete retraction of bonus programs (restructured) offered when hiring staff. Refusal to pay out bonuses earned by entire staff previous to "restructuring".. Performance reviews are not regular and good, loyal employees rarely see any pay increases. Ridiculously low staffing resulting in disorganized and dirty store. Health and safety issues concerning chemical smells, mold, mildew and worse. Expect employees to "remove" mold from product and put on floor to be sold at regular prices. Diminished quality and in some cases, safety of products in all departments. Complete loss of staff morale as a result of all of the above.
