Reall really really lame salary. As a LR salary here in Croatia is aprox 580 euro. 50euro more than regular sale assistant! Overtime hours never payed! They give u back those hours as days off (depends how many hours u have. 6h =1day). When u need day off u need to beg for 2 days to give u that one day. Also u need to write down all of ur overtime hours because ur boss doeant care about ur hours. Ure just good ro them when they have too much work and way less time to do all of that. Then they will lick ur a55 to stay longer every day. (Been doing 10h shifts on regular basis!)

they will find the smallest things in your contract to hold you by, worst management imaginable more so locally. they also don’t train you, and require you to put your personal safety at risk, as there are no cameras in the stock room, they will make you lift things that give you injuries and you cannot prove it afterwards. they don’t care about your obligations be it childcare, school or personal life, they will make you work over your contract continuously.
