Pros
The manager on site is doing their best to make sure it’s the best it can be. Very understanding.
Cons
Very mismanaged and clearly don’t have a good grasp on how a warehouse should work. Very understaffed to the point where there is one warehouse worker regularly. Upper management doesn’t even follow their own return policy printed on the receipt and must accept all returns no matter the condition (including bed bug ridden mattresses!!). Upper management does not seem to care to hire more warehouse workers as they say warehouse workers should rely on the floor staff if we need help. Very underpaid for the work I put in.
