Good bonus scheme Plenty of extra hours I worked with a strong team in store
Cons
Very poor verbal communication from Head Office to stores. Orders being cancelled and customer services expected store staff to do their jobs for them. Delivery was constantly delayed hence more angry customers - when it did come we would receive 20+ pallets at once which we were just not able to work through.
