The company doesn't really know how to properly develop software especially management. * There can be a lot of office politics * Office is very dreary and old

There are more meetings than coding itself No remote work, you'll be required to come to the office twice a week and then have everything done remotely The vast majority of employees doesn't use correct/understandable English Not many English people there, but a lot from India and other eastern countries. It is so diverse here, so you won't see many white faces. A lot of time is wasted. Meetings are being extended. Management is lost. They're toxic people. Agile is applied very badly.
