Pay is good. Employees are exceptional as they hire only from IITs. Great coorporate culture.

Cons

Yearly bonus is dependent upon the performance of the company and currently JLR is not performing well

It is not much of a con but Employer has to be active and opportunistic to get good projects , as it completely depends on the individual interest .
