Terrible just terrible

Pros

Some nice cars, restaurant is ok, it has a Costa coffee if you like lemon drizzle cake. Solihull is a good town.

Cons

Some management awful, mutual back scratching to climb ladder! Worked there for over 6 years, getting out was best thing I ever did.

Sales

Pros

Very few pros, product was good. Other sales people were pleasant to work with. Pretty good service department. Hours are not too bad for the car business.

Cons

Horrible management style, very mean spirited. Pay plan sucks. When you start, they say you can take a day off during the week, what they don't tell you is you will be questioned as to why you need a day off. It's tempting to say, "I need it to get away from you.
