      Somewhat flexible; pay is okay.

      Cons

      No career path unless you've been identified as a favorite. Managers who are not invested in their employees. Management who reinforces bad behavior and rewards it.

      Salary, good name to have on CV

      Cons

      90% of my time spent doing nothing, grad scheme not at all structured, no support and have been trying to speak to someone for help/guidance for months without success. They talk a good game but my reality is absolutely terrible, I definitely regret leaving a previous role and coming on to the manufacturing graduate scheme here.

      Mostly great people, two great brands and (some) great products

      Recent market performance has left some areas in panic mode. There is a culture within some areas of seniors surrounding themselves with rulesets and ‘yes men’ which prevents big issues being surfaced and dealt with. Arrogant pricing policies for some products
