Good place for starters but let engineers down with the lack of career plan

It is a multicultural place and the company seems to embrace diversity Some really good engineers Compensation is not so bad Hybrid work

Cons

Lack of purpose as a software engineering company Too many graduates for just few seniors Lack of clarity for promotion, some people works for years in so many really important projects but they are never promoted. Some people, that just joined get promoted just because knows the right person.

The pay is generally Ok

Cons

Lots of politics and red tape, as well as people with no moral compass. Dated management style working away from people, not doing as preached by numerous company guidelines on engagement and workplace improvement. Interviews are rigged from the start and jobs for the boys in 99% of the places.

In hindsight there were no real positives.

Cons

Frustrating in every way imaginable. Unless you’re willing to put up and shut up save yourself the headache and apply elsewhere. I don’t regret leaving. Ever.
