      Reputation - unbelievably this company still has good reputation.

      Cons

      Pretty useless Senior Management Team, Yes-man managers that unable to tell the truth to their seniors (even this would cost to business or compromise the non-existent reliability of the cars) and lower grades who copy similar kiss-the-boss attitude to get themselves a chance of promotion.

      My immediate colleagues were supportive.

      Cons

      I worked in the IT part of JLR. Would not recommend that experience to anyone. Management was not supportive, they used us non-management people as pawns in their own little career games. Gaslighting was an everyday issue and HR turned a blind eye. Very toxic environment and overall it takes a toll on mental health. A badly planned Agile transformation was making work even more complicated on a daily basis. Tons of meeting. Very little budget. Even less appreciation. Loads of backstabbing.
