Pays well, about the only positive for working here.
Cons
Toxic workplace, created by managers who are only in the positions they are, due to being related to, or friends of, their senior managers. Management don't adhere to the company initiatives, as that would mean they'd actually have to do their duties correctly. It's all about getting the number of cars out the door, there is absolutely no consideration for quality.
