      - Good work-life balance - Salary on time

      Cons

      - No benefits at D grade: no medical insurance, no access to JLR cars (just a 20% discount which at this grade salary, you cannot afford anyway) - A lot of focus on getting people to the office but no aid from the company on sorting out travel for employees - Set in their own old ways and very difficult to change. The recent transition into a brand-led company from a product-led company is very difficult as people are not willing to change.
