Pros

Job was enjoyable until they couldn’t handle an ethnic minority was doing a good job.if you blatantly do well at something the manager at the time had an allergy to giving credit.

Cons

Managers higher level have a certain certain look. E.G white Can do well at job will not receive credit.Sabotage culture, people who lack technical ability and ability to manage at top. Sabotage is prevalent to ethnic minorities Can’t do a bad job but if do a good job with target you especially if you do an excellent job as they lack the proficiency to compete. In certain roles such as fleet administrator will employ you take your ideas implement them not give you any credit and sack you. Even if you noticeably and blatantly exceed targets this upsets them. If you’re hard working and make the job to look easy you will be sacked as they think they can do it better. However when then try to do the same they will realise they can not match productivity and accuracy. Unfortunately in the manufacturing environment preference is given to certain ethnicities whether they be thick or not as with many south Birmingham company’s/Solihull.Even if the manager gives you a chance there will be others who do not have the same equal opportunities mentality which is embedded into the Psyche of the oldest of such a industry. They believe it’s their god given right to sabotage you the moment they see you and complain to your manager. Your full attention will be on the work whilst there’s will be to take you down. If they want to find something they will. May be an Indian owned company but is definitely white run.I have seen a photo of the company before Tata took over and was not predominately white but all white. Now it has changed somewhat to accommodate Indian owners. However old habits die hard in the manufacturing apartheid industry. Find it hard to give good feedback if you complete and excellent job will bite their tongues. Something small will be magnified to such extremes you cannot have a stable job nor will you get a first chance at jobs.

Pros

Hybrid working is available in this company, meaning employees can work remotely and in the office. The design team is exceptional, and this organisation is an excellent place to gain valuable experience.

Cons

"The base pay offered by the company is below the industry average. Additionally, there seems to be an excessive amount of micro-managing taking place within the organisation."
