No Staff parking other then sales/service Unreasonable and inflated monthly targets for £200 bonus High turn over of staff Poorly managed Poorly maintained workshop (Cleaned but not well) Toilet seats broken (suspected people squatting) Very poor ventilation due to being underground workshop Over heating issues during the summer Special tools scattered, lost or broken Oil drainers unable drain due to tank always full quickly Poor communication between Service department and Tech's Dining area usually stunk out Tool Box's are are 'locked' but workshop management have access and known to go through with 'reason' Current Service Manager Brought in as a friend and was pushed out of Mercedes due to attempting to have affair with front desk girl but was reported by her instead.
