shannon feels isolated and disconnected sometimes from the UK and global outlook Hr teams need to be more involved/ accessible and hands on in dealing with teams when there is team conflicts / personal issues arising and to have some empathy i would suggest some trainings also from hr to teams on dealing with this if they simply cannot / will not properly without fobbing off to online resources which doesn't reflect all too well communication on roles is not clear - prepare to walk into a different role than what you signed up for …
