      Pros

      Challenging and varied program work. Lots of talented engineers and highly experienced engineers. Great employee training scheme.

      Cons

      Parking is a nightmare. As management and senior management do not want to rock the boat, new processes and techniques can be very difficult to implement.

      Good opportunities for progression and promotions, opportunities to travel to other parts of the world and a diverse workforce

      Cons

      Hard work, the management sometimes drag there heels before making a final decision on future models. Strang employment process using an agency that clearly uses underhanded tactics when dealing with referrals.

      Pros

      The company has changed and is changing so rapidly it's genuinely difficult to keep up. The voice of every single employee is heard and used to make real changes to the company in terms of it's structure, tools, capabilities and products produced. Having started in an intake of more than 300 graduates I initially thought I was a tiny cog in a big machine, but as I've settled in I've realised how much influence anyone in the company can have if they wish to voice their ideas and opinions

      Cons

      The history of company owners has left us with so many legacy processes and tools, mostly from Ford, which are difficult to manage to integrate. Once this is addressed we have a more direct flow JLR will be a serious force to be reckoned with.
