      Nice vehicles to work on and occasionally drive

      Cons

      Not enough work in shop. Techs sit around most days waiting and then have to jump over each other to get the work.

      Some people might not like shifts, some people have been there a very long time and struggle to adapt, but they are now the minority

      Pros

      Good pay and conditions and good people to work with. A lot of opportunities to take in house training courses to develop your knowledge.

      Cons

      Doing well at the moment and more successful than any time in its history, but rapid growth plans are somewhat risky. Promotion and career progression more dependent on having fiends in the right places than skills, knowledge and experience. Some business processes are bureaucratic and don't work well.
