      Pros

      Lots of opportunity to progress and get involved with projects. Exposure to senior management is great. Plants are a great place to be.

      Cons

      Many other grads to compete with, a lot of training that we have to complete but it's worth it in the long run. IT is being renewed in many departments which is causing issues.

      Pleasant working conditions staff friendly working close by

      Poor management structure - found of using bulling tatics although reported to HR very little was done regarding mangers with sexist views and no time for women workers - we knew our place- could not work there any longer - my daughter is an engineer but would not recommend JLR for women unless they have stronlgy push to sort out this sexist behaviour totally unequal approach. In fact to the point I was verbally and physically threatened. This must be eradicated I thought we had laws to protect us however so difficult to eradicate in a dominant company ran by males.
