      Pros

      They pay well if your willing to work like a slave but must sign legal documents to so there’s no repercussions for the company!

      Cons

      Supervisors & Managers use bully tactics to manipulate operators into working long hours, Punishments for not being cooperative such as a more difficult role such as physically impossible to make you look bad then your union cant help because you’ve got yourself to blame. Not fairly treated at all!

      Cons

      They sell you the vision that all your expertise coming out of University will be used when in reality, you'll be sat there doing the jobs noone wants to do and filling out spreadsheets. Theres very little "engineering" going on, just providing requirements as most of the technical work is outsourced. Little to no brain engagement day in day out.
