calm atmosphere, good pension scheme, respectful working environment, good family life support.

Cons

not the best organized company, employees often don't know what is expected of them. processes and people in constant changes, often you have trouble finding the right person for a task.

Brand heritage, awesome products, world class facility in Gaydon. Some fantastic teams and individuals

Cons

Lack of leadership, Engineering management is typically over stretched - it's normal to have 20 or more Engineers working for a single manager (other areas of the business have only 3). Blame culture prevents people from making a decision and driving the business forward.

Flexible and understanding with work/ family commitments. Good Training opportunities

Cons

Internal progression limited Salaries ok, but moving up pay band is nearly impossible, and increases for internal promotions are not good. Very big difference on what is offered between people for the same job.
