Pros

Good company to work for, has opportunities to progress and train on anything that you feel like you need to know. Put the hard work in and it is rewarding. Pay is also great as is the overtime. Some managers and engineers can be nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

Some people who work at JLR let it down. Some of the managers use a negative and bad management style which doesn't work. It can be a dog eat dog world where engineers will do ANYTHING for a promotion even if it means throwing you under the bus to make themselves look better. Some "engineers" do not follow any procedures which are written by JLR to make things more smooth and easy, They make their decision based on their opinion and sometimes it can affect projects negatively and delay them. Too many young inexperienced "senior engineers"/"managers".
