Traditional and respectable company in UK, with great office environment and resources. Good company benefits, salary compatible to biggest ones in the market. In general managers are usually easy going to deal with.

Cons

Some areas can be very busy whereas some others not that much. It also tends to be very departmental mindset, which difficult discussions that are good for the project in general.
