      Pros

      Don't have to worry about "Fire". Opportunity to talk with Japanese.

      Cons

      Salary is very low. Japanese and foreign people are separate. Too much overwork. Management is terrible.(They have "Chairman Emeritus " as a top of the company but he has no legal responsibility!!!! what is "compliance" to JGC?)

      Pros

      Company building and location is the best reason for working JGC. Other than this I hardly found good reason because HR never support you even VISA process.

      Cons

      Language barrier. All meetings are in Japanese and they never cooperate with foreigners. They pretend to support foreign staff but no one wants to do it first.
