      International company - but needs to travel a lot (often remote locations)

      Pros

      Good work culture, truly international, good remuneration when you are overseas.

      Cons

      Limited growth, lot of travelling, lot of internal politics, very reluctant to adopt new technologies, no trainings, most of the upper management are not aware that an in-house IT team is not meant to make money but to support the smooth functioning of the organization.

      Good colleagues, big company, great environment, normal employee benefits. Colleagues are friendly and helpful.
