      Pros

      New Office Start-Up that allowed individuals to make contributions to the organizations primary specifications, standards and procedures. Allowed to work full time on company overhead.

      Cons

      Organization did not hire sales personnel quickly enough to obtain contracts to sustain original staffing. Some Department Managers were not focused on the company goals.

      Pros

      Best procedures. I understood the importance of procedures and quality here. The attitude towards work is also awesome. Just finish the work.

      Cons

      Repeatitive work. Too much rework. Too much rework leads to loss of man hours. We get bored of the same work again and again.
