      Japanese Engineering Company That Works Globally

      Pros

      The employees are great people. Very intelligent and hard working. Has long term expectations for the employees. Great opportunity to experience a Japanese company that is trying hard to become a global company.

      Cons

      Unable to really globalize as a company. Expected to work long hours. There is not a great evaluation or salary system. Not sure what your career plan will be.

      Get to do high profile projects

      Cons

      Very bad salary or benefits considering how well the contract employees are paid. Even when going to construction site, have to deal with low quality food, segregation by race in access to canteen, shared accommodation. Additionally extremely bad training programmes, mentors have no time to mentor and they themselves lack knowledge.
