This company does not care for its employees. This company does not care for its elderly employees. This company does not care for any of its employees including the African American community. This company will judge you based off your sexual orientation they will even judge you based on your disabilities. If you have FMLA this company will use it against you and it's supposed to be against the law. I pray for any employee that works for this company or has worked for this company it was truly traumatizing. If they even know that you're a lesbian, transgender, or a gay man they will find a way to fire you really quickly. You would think that this company would be scared to get sued but this is one of those companies that doesn't scare easily they will fire you and take the chance of getting sued. This company continuously finds a way to lay off their employees in a very well thought out scam plan. Then replaces those same groups of employees with temps. Taking individuals that have been in their career over 30 years out of their place. An example would be taking an elderly employee who has been in the same position for over 30 years and forcing them into a physical position to make them quit. I hope one day this company has to answer for all the cruel things they do to their employees. There are so many people that are scared to speak up because they are afraid to lose their job.
