I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Interface in Apr 2026
Interview
My first interview was through Teams with one of the Lead Designers. I was asked about my educational and professional background. My second round interview was in-person with a group of four designers. This round contained more questions about my design processes and problem solving techniques. My final round interview with the Design Studio Manager. This interview was more conversational and casual as we toured the office.
