Sufficient time off policy, set schedule , coworkers are great people, green initiatives

Cons

Poor working environment, unfair pay practices, unresponsive HR (failure to respond to harassment claims and unequal application of the hr policy), firing people with no regard to maintaining their dignity, insurance is very expensive, low morale, poor flex work
