The manager was very supportive and informative to my transition into the role and especially with it being a new industry to me. Induction was good and i appreciate that there was flexibility in my learning until i felt settled in the role.

Cons

It was out of the managers control but there were a couple of vacant positions within the department and therefore the processes were pretty spread out
