Interface reviews

I have worked here for over 5 years. This is my first job straight out of college. A job which I thought would just be a stepping stone in my career, however was proven to be much more than that. If you show up every day (you would think that’s common sense for a working dedicated adult), work hard and have a great attitude (which I believe sums up a great employee) I guarantee you will succeed in this position and your hard work will be recognized. Like most things in life, what you put is what you get. I believe the people who haven’t had a great experience are the ones who fail to show up, want to do the very minimal with a bad attitude and think they are entitled for more without actually working for it. Everyone in this company is where they are because they have earned it. Management seems to be the one to blame but what’s the point of having a manager if they can’t actually “manage” without it being perceived as discrimination or playing favorites?

nora systems is a great company. Family oriented from the day I started and left. I felt you were always respected, management took the time to listen and help. nora always put their employees first in everything they have done there is so many but the one that stands out was flexibility with time, when employees had personal issues, they were very accommodating when management/company did not have to do so. Reviewing past reviews it is heart wrenching that past employees have a negative outlook on the management and company. Everyone has their own outlook when things don't go their way and assume they are misunderstood but did they ever take a look at themselves realize that "Accountability feels like an attack when their not ready to acknowledge how their behavior harm others"! such as jealousy, caddie attitude got in their way of succeeding. As we move a long stop the negativity we are no longer at nora. For the nora people that are still employed let them succeed, "move on". Thank you, to nora, management for the support, guidance, encouragement to move on.
