The people working there are so friendly and very helpful. We are very active as in always doing so type of activity After being released from training you get to work from home any 2 days a week you choose to.

Cons

Not a con but there is a lot of knowledge that you need to obtain. No other con that I have found yet. I love it

Pay is exceptionally well. There's a work and life balance that interface has now adopted by cutting out 6 to 7 day work weeks for majority of the plants.

Cons

There is new management in HR who has adopted the practice of not rehiring people who quit for personal reasons but are willing to hire people who pointed out with attendance. Very strange practice!
