I love working for a purpose driven company! I've been here for over a decade and have had the opportunity to grow in my career. I love the people that work at Interface, it feels like a family. We lead in design, innovation and sustainability and are the best flooring manufacturer out there!

Cons

In my experience, Interface tends to run a bit lean, so people have to be adaptable and willing to do more that what is on their JD. For those that are looking to design a better way - you will continue to have opportunities to grow.
