Pros

well paid internship, nice colleagues, good start in a large agency with focus on branding, you learn how to present to Marketing Departments etc. for large corporations. You have to like this kind of corporate work which is mostly about implementation and consulting for branding. If you want to get more

Cons

the work consists mostly of updating manuals and presentations, a lack of creative execution, old skool way of doing things, lack of innovation, typographic details not very sophisticated. Senior designers were working on pitch over public holidays/bank holiday weekends.

Pros

The projects I worked on at Interbrand were both challenging and rewarding. The company's commitment to excellence in branding and design was evident in every aspect of our work. I felt proud to be associated with a company that consistently delivered high-quality solutions to its clients.

Cons

One notable challenge within the organizational landscape is the issue of low diversity, which can have significant repercussions on workplace dynamics and overall success. When a company lacks diversity, it often means that a narrow range of perspectives, experiences, and backgrounds are represented within the workforce. This homogeneity can lead to a lack of creativity, innovation, and adaptability, hindering the organization's ability to navigate a rapidly changing global business environment.
