What could be an amazing place to work is a sweat shop for the cream at the top. No pay rises, no bonuses, no 401K match, no holiday party, the cuts keep getting deeper and deeper. Interbrand only cares about London, New York and best Global brands. Stratrgy rules the roost everyone else is made to feel stupid. There is no vision, no plan and no inspiration coming from the top down.
