Pros

Smart people who can really make the difference between boring work and interesting learning opportunities. Access to some of the biggest brands on the planet Lots of resources to draw from A brilliant marketing tool in Best Global Brands

Cons

Leadership that doesn't lead Inept management that doesn't focus on teaching Cronyism is rampant. Lack of diversity in every sense (gender, race, but most importantly, point of view) leads to overwhelming sense of group think Culture that puts revenue goals ahead of ethics or work quality

Pros

Working with worldwide brands & the higher level compensation is hard to beat.

Cons

Egos at every turn. Absolutely zero respect for work life balance therefore workaholism is encouraged and sadly awarded. Manipulation & favoritism are everywhere so that equates to bonuses for "cool club". This makes up for a very toxic work environment. On top oft this, there is little to no guidance from managers. The company as a whole is incredibly antiquated in their thinking & processes. Waves of lay offs with absolutely zero notice and it might as well be a nail salon because gossip & innuendo were constant.

Pros

Opportunity for some employees to transfer to other global offices. Large network from which to pull new ideas.

Cons

Lack of leadership. More concerned about bottom-line than staff. Very low compensation, minimal to no pay raises. Long hours are not compensated. Very little appreciation for the work being done. Low employee morale. Not the greatest work product.
