      The company is a leader in their industry. Company is very clear of their direction and expectations they have in order to maintain a lead. Intact is always growing and taking on new and exciting challenges Pay is competitive, there are lots of opportunities to grow through multiple lines in the company. Worklife balance, flexible work environment, great benefits and pension are a few of the great things provided

      Cons

      Leader in the industry and this has high expectations which some will see as a negative but is very rewarding

      Good benefits but lousy management

      Benefits and bonuses. Good iT department.

      Cons

      Poor management and overall lack of team spirit. it's a narcissistic safe-haven and all of the company 'values' are smoke and mirrors.
