Wherever they may be or whatever team they work with, my experience with people here has been nothing but positive. Managers who care about you. Period. Great work is recognized here. Cons
Workload can be heavy at times. But in my experience, managers are always open to discussing solutions and are supportive of good work life balance. People just need to speak up if they are feeling pressure.
