Helping those in need of support to get back in to work is very rewarding.

Cons

The standards that we have to meet to be on target is unrealistic with the caseload numbers that we have and the pay that we get.

Pros

The team I worked with was made up of highly skilled individuals who were passionate about their work. They were also great collaborators, always willing to share ideas and help each other out. This made for a positive and supportive work environment.

Cons

The management also struggled with communication. They were not transparent about decisions that affected employees and often failed to provide clear explanations for their actions. This made it difficult for employees to trust the leadership.
