Pros

After being with the company for just over 2 years, I have nothing but praise for the company. Not only has the company supported my development within my roles for the contract. They have supported me through my personal circumstances too. No manager at any level will ignore you or refuse to talk with you (even up the senior directors). Whoever joins us, is always given time and investment. With promotions within the company encouraged.

Cons

If I had anything, it would be to recognise staff members birthdays!

No appreciation from mamagent for hard work, overworked and underpaid. Not able to provide support for young people because too busy doin admin, toxic
