Where do I even begin? Firstly the company sells you dreams that you can really make a difference in peoples lives and you'll really be changing them and helping them. Initially, I was told I get a clothing voucher towards work clothes when you start, What they didn't say is that once you get paid that get revoked. The management was absolutely terrible, staff turnover was so high, within my first 6 months of being there, at least 6 people had left, and after that it was almost one person every month or so. The participants that are on the program are just numbers to the company, all they care about was getting people into jobs asap because that's how they get paid. The job role is an advisor, basically like a job/work coach. You weren't just that, I had to play a role of therapist, English teacher, housing advisor, probation worker like it was just a joke. The company promote employee mental wellness, yet didn't follow occupational health reports while I had taken some time off to due to mental health. They're also a crafty company, and will continue to extend your probation so you cannot be eligible for company benefits. They took away the remote days, when you first start they really upsell the fact that it was hybrid. By the time I had left the company, majority of the team had too, including the branch manager. Pay wise, I also then found that many of my colleagues who has the EXACT same role as me were getting paid 2-3k more than me.
