1) No contact with team members. Prior to Ingeus taking over the contract you’d had daily contact with your manager and other team members. Ingeus however think this is a pointless waste of time and have got rid of it. 2) lack of support. You are expected to be able to do the job with little direct support. Instead relying on desk aids and power points to understand this very complex job. 3) Targets above all else. If you don’t hit and go beyond targets you are dead weight and they will get rid of you with little support to improve.
