good pay and working from home is nice.

Cons

company is very target focused to the detriment of the employee engagement and their policy changes actively isolated remote workers by removing team engagement and increasing work load over a short space of time after we were TUPE'D from another company. many employees left the company in a short space of time due to the changes they were implementing.

Hybrid working, salary is good for the work you do.

Cons

Micro management, from line management. Senior management has little idea of what happens day to day. Training is basic. Some situations are unsafe for workers IMO.
