Great people to work with who are all dedicated to the company's cause - helping improve the lives of those seeking employment or training for work.

Cons

Often periods of intense working as company is forced to adapt to changing DWP (or similar government departments) contractual guidelines.

There is a great team of people around you, other advisers will always be happy to help.

Cons

There is a great deal of stress over high targets to secure employment for those furthest away from work. And while the company talks at length about how they lake changing lives, in reality they only care about the bottom line; profits. I can say this because that is the only thing they measure with employees. There is little support from superiors simply because they are swamped, so advisers are left to their own devices to attempt hit their targets, while weighed down with administrative tasks that don't move anyone closer to work. I cannot in good faith recommend this employer and would urge you to look elsewhere for work.

Pros

Great company to work for and really do try to engage staff whilst delivering a horrible contract. Clients are the only challenge as they really don't want to find work in man cases.

Cons

The clients can be a complete nightmare.
